Taylah is available to provide individual professional supervision for Occupational Therapists with 0-5 years experience.
My aim is to help you feel confident in your intervention approaches and facilitate the link between what you learnt at university and the clients that are in front of you. I have experience supporting students and new-graduates to develop a toolkit to understand paediatrics in a practical way.
I have completed professional development in clinical supervision and like to use a balance of reflection and providing education and resources.

Clinical Mentoring/ Consultation
For more complex presentations or practice areas, sometimes it can be helpful to have another set of eyes on a case.
With consent of your families, we can offer joint sessions or one off individual sessions for us to see the case first hand. This allows us to have a thorough understanding of your clients presentation to support you in a more targeted way in clinical supervision.
The aim is always for you to continue supporting the child with added confidence and knowledge.
